She knew her writing and professional life was in good shape; yet her personal  relationships would falter.  She chose pattern interruption and discovered a subconscious stumbling block.  The image in her subconscious was of her dad.  During the session she pulled an image showing that she adored him, and then, she saw a dark side that she had never consciously acknowledged.  Through the interpretation session she was able to see that she denied the shadow side in any of her relationships.  Once she was aware of this pattern of denial, she was able to create relationships with people which were authentic, embracing both the lighter and darker sides of their personalities.  When those sides were extreme, she could walk away without harm.
