Michelangelo was asked how he created David…his reply, “I chipped away at everything in the stone that was not David.” Coaches help you see what is underneath the stone, underneath the masks that you wear to protect yourself from rejection, or disapproval.  Coaches work with you to uncover the authentic you, so that you really see the powerful you and reveal that work of art!

If you could do it alone you would have done it already. Our culture supports the notion that we are to “do it alone”.  Coaches give you the support that you need to do it yourself and to have a partnership that supports your effort. Why do it alone, when you can have an encouraging voice discouraging the road blocks that we ourselves have created through fear of failure, or success, disapproval or rejection. Open up to your true self and realize glorious new possibilities.

During the coaching period your commitment to yourself will include three-months of a powerful coaching experience which requires a minimum of ½ hour on the phone per week and a statement of intended vision which is based on your dreams …

"Taste" of Coaching ($3.33/minute)

For a "taste" of a coaching experience, we welcome you to call to schedule an appointment.  We recommend a minimum of 15 minutes per session. 

Guided Meditation Session ($150.00)

Focus, concentration, energy are all enhanced by using meditation techniques. Meditation decreases stress, improves concentration and allows you to clear and relax your mind.  Begin with one guided session and then use this tool on a daily basis. The techniques you learn will support you in your meditation for the rest of your life.

Pattern Interruption Session ($150.00)

Do you keep repeating patterns in your life that limit you? Is there just that one bit of information holding you back from good in your life? While we advocate looking at the positive and moving forward in your future, sometimes we need to become aware of, and move past filters and blocks which are in our way.

This process is a simple and safe technique which generally takes one hour to complete. Once you are aware of your long-standing beliefs and relive their origins of these beliefs, you are then able to breakthrough the pattern.

In person, via phone and digital recording, each participant identifies their true intention, and the belief that is motivating the pattern and is gently placed in a hypnotized state.., the process is conducted with a complete evaluation, and interpretation through mutual discovery.  My intention is for this process to work for you the first time!

Participants receive one, one hour digital recording delivered via internet.
